    You can check your order status in your account manager after you login.
     
  3. Can I cancel my order?
    Most items enter shipping process 1-3 hours after you place the order. If you want to cancel the order, please email us ASAP. Please keep in mind that the order may have been shipped even though the online status remains pending.
     
  4. How do I return my product?
    Please review our return policyto initiate return process. We honor full refund or exchange (shipping cost is not included) on most un-opened items within 30-days.
     
  5. How do I track my order?
    You should receive an email from us along with the tracking number after your order is shipped. You can go to UPSor FedEx website and track your order. You can also loginto your account and track the package.
     
  6. How long does it take for the regular ground shipping method to deliver a product?
    It may take 3-7 business days. But in some states it can take up to 10 business days.
     
  7. What can I do if I cannot find the product I am interested in?
    The best way to find a product is to search by manufacture part#. If you do not find the product that you are interested in buying, please email us at support@storagemedia.com. We will get back to you in no time to let you know whether we can order it for you or not, along with the pricing.
     
  8. How much do you charge for shipping?
    Shipping cost depends on the product you buy and your shipping address. You will be able to view the exact shipping cost before you complete the order.
     
  9. Do I have to pay sales tax?
    We charge sales tax on the orders to be shipped to addresses within State of California.
     
  10. What are my payment choices?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners and JCB cards. We also accept PayPal payment.
     
  11. Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
    Yes, we do ship to APO and FPO address via U.S. Postal Services (USPS). We currently do not provide online ordering service for APO/FPO shipping addresses. The order can only be placed by phone.
