How do I check the status of my order? You can check your order status in your account manager after you login.
Can I cancel my order? Most items enter shipping process 1-3 hours after you place the order. If you want to cancel the order, please email us ASAP. Please keep in mind that the order may have been shipped even though the online status remains pending.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses? Yes, we do ship to APO and FPO address via U.S. Postal Services (USPS). We currently do not provide online ordering service for APO/FPO shipping addresses.
